Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days (on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays)*. The cut-off time for orders placed on the dispatch day is 15:00. Orders placed after 15:00 on the dispatch date will be dispatched the next dispatch day.
Before dispatching the order, we will carefully inspect every product and pack it to ensure your order arrives in mint condition.
Shipping labels are created automatically according to the details provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing a valid and accurate shipping address. Snug Scent will not check the delivery address and postcode. If the package is lost due to wrong delivery details, Snug Scent will not refund or compensate for the loss in any way.
If the address is missing information and the system is unable to create a shipping label automatically, we will attempt to contact the customer and obtain the correct/full address.
We take no responsibility for delays caused by incorrect delivery information.
* Business Day – Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) 08:00 to 17:00.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Expected to deliver within 2-3 Days)* – £4.50
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Expected to deliver within 1-2 Days)* – £5.40.

All orders are shipped using Tracked International service. Expected delivery time is 4-5 Business Days*
All services are subject to overrides due to events out of our control. Delivery time does not include dispatch time.
Some larger orders may require a signature upon arrival. Additionally, we may send larger orders via a courier service with varying lead times.
We keep the right to change the courier or service without notice, as long as delivery terms and times meet our obligations to our customers.
SAFE PLACE
The customer can specify a safe place for the parcel in case no one is available to accept it at the address. By specifying the safe place, the customer agrees to take full responsibility if the parcel is stolen.

LOST PACKAGES
A package sent with any courier can be considered lost if it does not arrive within two weeks after being dispatched.
When the package was lost in transit by the couriers, we will replace the contents of the package or issue a full refund. Replacement or refund will be issued only if ALL of the below are met:
- Tracking information hasn’t changed for more than 10 business days.
When the courier tracking system indicates that the package was delivered, but it was not received by the customer, please contact us as soon as possible.
