I’m thrilled you’re here to discover the story behind Snug Scent!

Hello, I’m Rita. For over five years, I worked in an oil industry lab. Day in, day out, I saw firsthand the effects of our work – not just on us workers but on everyone around us and on our environment, too. It wasn’t good. In fact, it was downright bad.

I knew there had to be a better way, not just for me but for my family, for our planet. That’s when I turned towards natural products. The difference was like night and day. It wasn’t just about not feeling guilty about my work anymore, it was about feeling good – genuinely good.

Somewhere along the line, I discovered aromatherapy and home scents. There’s something almost magical about how a simple scent can transform a room, change a mood, and uplift your spirits. But as I delved deeper, I realized many of these products were like wolves in sheep’s clothing – they promised the peace of nature but delivered chemicals and artificial ingredients.

So, I thought, why not create something truly natural and clean? Why not make home scents that are not only good for us but good for our planet too? It became my mission to transform this industry and make it safer for everyone. The journey wasn’t easy, but every step was worth it. Today, I’m proud to say that I create home scents that not only smell wonderful, but are also kind to you, your family, and our planet.

I believe we can all make a difference. Even if it’s just by choosing what makes our homes smell good.

Each Snug Scent product is made with love and carefully handcrafted in our home lab. We only use the best natural materials that are responsibly sourced for our products. This includes always using 100% natural soy wax, pure essential oils, and a diffuser base to make sure every smell you get meets our highest standards.

When we’re not busy making our products, we love to travel the world, go to concerts, cook delicious food, and enjoy nature. Our happiest moments are spent outdoors, exploring South East England’s breathtaking woods and coastal landscapes with our faithful cocker spaniel Trixie. It’s this abundant beauty that we strive to encapsulate in our scents, each a love letter to Mother Nature herself.
