No. Voucher codes cannot be sold or exchanged for real money. Selling/Buying a voucher will result in a voucher void and a reset of points for both parties.

Very good question. Let us explain:

1. If You Return an Order Before Using the Points
   If you return an item before using your Snug Points, the points earned on that order will be removed from your Snug Scent balance once the return is processed.

   Example:
   You place an order worth £50 (excluding VAT) and earn 500 Snug Points. If you later return this order, the 500 points will be removed from your account when we issue your refund.

2. If You Use Snug Points Before Returning the Order That Earned Them
   If you place a second order and use Snug Points earned from a previous order, and then return that earlier order, the value of the points used will be deducted from your refund.

   Example:
   You place an order worth £50 (excluding VAT) and earn 500 Snug Points (£5 value). You use those points on a second order, then decide to return the first one. Since the points were already redeemed, we’ll deduct £5 from your refund to cover the used reward.
