Snug Points FAQ
Can I use multiple Snug Points coupons, or use them with other coupons?
All coupons acquired by converting Snug Points can be used with each other. But Snug Points coupons might not work with other coupons that can only be used alone — please check the terms and conditions of the other coupon.
Do Snug Points have an expiry date?
Just like any good thing, Snug Points do have an expiry date. Snug Points expire 90 days after being acquired.
Do coupons converted from Snug Points expire?
Yes — coupons acquired by converting Snug Points expire 90 days after they are created.
Where can I see my Snug Points?
Your points balance, the ways to earn and everything else related can be found in My Account → Snug Points & Rewards.
Can I sell or exchange my voucher for money?
No. Voucher codes cannot be sold or exchanged for real money. Selling or buying a voucher will void it and reset the points of both parties.
Can I give my voucher to someone else?
Of course. You earned the points, so the voucher code is yours to pass on to whoever you like.
How do returns and refunds affect Snug Points?
A good question, and there are two cases.
If you return an order before using the points
The points earned on that order are removed from your balance once the return is processed.
Example You place an order worth £50 excluding VAT and earn 250 Snug Points. If you later return it, those 250 points come off your account when we issue the refund.
If you use the points before returning the order that earned them
The value of the points you used is deducted from your refund.
Example You order £50 excluding VAT and earn 250 Snug Points, worth £2.50. You spend those on a second order, then return the first. Because the points were already redeemed, we deduct £2.50 from your refund to cover the reward you used.
