I’m really pleased with this reed diffuser. I took a gamble on the fragrance, but I love the fresh smell. I’ve placed it in my hallway using 4 reeds which gives a subtle sent as you walk through. I also love the design of the bottle 😊 I would definitely recommend.

I have been looking for a good natural/ non toxic reed diffuser for some time as I find all the usual shop bought ones smell artificial. I also wanted something safe to use around my dog. Absolutely love this scent, strong enough to be noticeable but not overwhelming, and very soothing. This is my second time purchasing from snug scent and initially made an error with my order- customer service from Rita was outstanding. Thank you!
Chose the Lavender & Eucalyptus diffuser and it gives our ,living room a very pleasant scent. Any spent reeds I put in our very small downstairs toilet and it is just sufficient to give a feint aroma.
Delivery to Italy took 7 weeks, but that wasn't a big deal, beyond their control, and the scent is great. However, all three placed throughout the house only lasted a month and I turned the reeds no more than once per week with the exception of the first week. Also, the fact that the snug points expire after only 3 months is disappointing as well.
