Delivery
If we accidentally forgot to add something to your order, please let us know ASAP via our contact page and we will send the missing item to you. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused!
Please let us know as soon as possible via our contact page, if something was damaged during delivery. Please describe what was damaged, and don’t forget to attach few photos. We will arrange replacements or a refund depending on the situation and your preference. All damages should be reported within 48 hours of successful delivery.
If you’re not home when your parcel arrives, the courier will either leave it in your dedicated safe place or with a neighbour. In some situations, the parcel will be left at your local delivery office. You’ll be left a card with details about how to arrange redelivery or pick-up from the sorting office.
If you encounter any problems with your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us via our contact page. We will be more than happy to help sort out the issue.
Inside the UK, Royal Mail is our go-to for most parcel deliveries. International orders will be delivered either by DHL, UPS, DPD or Royal Mail – depending on the order’s contents.
We currently dispatch all orders 3 times per week on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. The cut off time on the day of dispatch is 15:00.
If order was placed on the day of dispatch before the cut-off time:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – 2-3 business days.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – 1-2 business days.
- Special Delivery Guaranteed – 1 business day.
If order was placed between the dispatch days, then the time until next dispatch should be added to the overall delivery time.
