Beautifully presented, very natural looking. Only downside was that the box holder was split at the bottom. This obviously didn’t affect the product but as it was to be a gift, it spoiled it’s presentation slightly.

The candles smelt lovely even before they were lit

Delivery to Italy took 7 weeks, but that wasn't a big deal, beyond their control, and the scent is great. However, all three placed throughout the house only lasted a month and I turned the reeds no more than once per week with the exception of the first week. Also, the fact that the snug points expire after only 3 months is disappointing as well.

The old name is misleading. I was expecting a fresh citrus scent. Instead it has a sickly herbal smell, more like lemon verbena than basil with no orange or lime whatsoever. Very disappointing.
