Delivery to Italy took 7 weeks, but that wasn't a big deal, beyond their control, and the scent is great. However, all three placed throughout the house only lasted a month and I turned the reeds no more than once per week with the exception of the first week. Also, the fact that the snug points expire after only 3 months is disappointing as well.
