How to Use Snug Scent Essential Oil Blends

Our essential oil blends are pure, undiluted and expertly crafted for therapeutic impact. Because they’re highly concentrated natural oil blends, a little truly goes a long way. Here’s how to use them safely and beautifully in your daily rituals:

1. In an Ultrasonic/Steam Diffuser (Most Popular)

Perfect for scenting your home with gentle, consistent natural aromas.

How to use:

1. Fill your diffuser with water to the max line.
2. Add 4–8 drops of your essential oil blend.
3. Switch on and enjoy.

Ideal for:

• Living rooms
• Bedrooms
• Yoga or meditation spaces
• Home offices

Tip: Start with fewer drops if you prefer subtle home fragrances and increase gradually.

2. Oil Burners (Regular or Electric)

For a more intense aroma experience. Use slightly fewer drops than you think you need – our aroma blends are potent and concentrated.

How to use:

1. Add water to your burner dish.
2. Add 3–6 drops of oil.
3. Light your tealight underneath (if using a traditional burner).

This method creates a faster scent throw and is perfect when you want a quick atmosphere shift.

Note: Never let water to evaporate fully as this might overheat the dish and damage it.

3. Skincare & Massage (Always Dilute)

Because our blends are 100% pure essential oils, they must be diluted before skin application.

How to dilute safely:

• Mix 1–2 drops with 10ml of carrier oil (jojoba, almond, etc.)
• Perform a patch test before full application

For Best Results

Because these are concentrated natural oil blends, performance depends on environment and usage. Here’s some tips if something isn’t working as expected:

If the scent feels too weak:

• Increase drops gradually (1–2 at a time)
• Check room size – larger spaces may need more diffusion time
• Close windows to prevent scent escape
• Clean your diffuser (residue reduces performance)

If the scent feels too strong:

• Reduce drops next time
• Add more water to your diffuser
• Diffuse for shorter intervals (30–60 minutes)

• Switch blends every few days
