How to use Snug Points?

Snug Points is our loyalty program, where you collect points for signing up, shopping, engaging with us via social media, and much more.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the process of spending your points when shopping with us online at snugscent.co.uk.

Requirements

• To redeem the points, you must have an account with us.
• Points need to be converted to coupons to use.
• You can convert 250, 500, 1000 and 2000 points, where 100 points is £1.
  • For example, if you have 900 Snug Points, you can convert 500 points into £5 and 250 points into £2.5 and use both to pay for products.

Redeeming the points

1. Please sign in to your Snug Scent account:

2. Head to the “My Snug Points” section of your account:

3. In the “Manage Coupons and Points” tab, find the “Claim £x” section:

4. Click on “Convert” under the number of Points you want to convert.

5. Once converted, there are two ways to use the coupon:

5.1. You can head straight to the cart and apply coupons from there by clicking on the coupon you want to use:

5.2. Alternatively, you can copy the coupon code from the “Your coupons” table by clicking on “Copy” text and pasting it into the coupon field during the checkout:
