Our smudge sticks come from the southwest of the United States and the northwest of Mexico. Furthermore, our Palo Santo wood sticks come from Peru, where it is being collected and processed only from the wood of branches that had fallen naturally from the trees.

A smudging stick is a bundle of dried herbs, typically white sage or a mix of other herbs like lavender, rosemary, peppermint, etc. The sticks are burned as part of a cleansing ritual known as smudging. It is believed that burning a smudging stick can help to cleanse a person, place, or object of negative energy.

Smudging is an ancient practice that has been used for centuries by many different cultures. The smoke from the burning smudge stick is thought to carry away negative energy, leaving behind only positive vibes and calming fresh smell.

How to use a smudge stick?

The practice of smudging is pretty simple. Have a fire and heat-proof dish at hand. Light the end of the smudge stick and allow it to burn for a few seconds. Then, blow out the flame. Allow the smoke to reach every desired corner of the house. Once finished, just put out the sage smudge stick using your heat-proof bowl.
